Best-IB Terms and Conditions

The promotion runs from 31.05.2023, 00:00:01, to 31.05.2024 00:00:00 according to the trading server time of Geratsu.

The Organizer and sponsor of the promotion is Geratsu.

Prizes will be credited to Geratsu’s IBs with the biggest number of rating points.

Participation in the contest is available on the following types of accounts: MT4-CENT, MT4-CENT(PRO), MT4-ECN, MT4-CLASSIC.

The Best IB contest is available for all Geratsu IBs.

Only partners with fully verified profiles can become the Best IB contest participants.

The IB can compete for the prize in 1 of 5 categories divided by the amount of Net deposit and trading volume.

1. The prize amounts and number of winners for each stage are mentioned in the table below.

2. The winner in each category is the participant who gained the biggest amount of rating points. The rating points are calculated via the formula:

Net deposit / 100 + Volume direct referrals / 10

If a participant cannot claim the prize under these conditions, the next or the previous participant will be recognized as the winner.

Only one deposit from each particular referral can be made to participate in each stage of the contest. If the IB’s referral makes the 1st deposit of $60, and then makes a deposit of $700, the partner will be competing in the highest stage available for the deposit the participant made.

In case a participant becomes the winner of 2 stages of the Best IB contest, he will be awarded with the highest stage’s reward. The lower stage prize will be credited to the next participant according to the contest rating.

The IBs whose referrals do not show a minimal trading activity during the promotion period, are not eligible for prizes.

The Organizer has the right to deny a prize to a participant with no reason given if there is a suspicion of rules violation or if a winner has refused to verify his/her profile and provide additional information regarding his/her identity.

The Organizer guarantees that only Geratsu IBs are allowed to participate in the contest. Employees of the company and other affiliates will not participate in the Best IB contest.

The following provisions should be taken into account when calculating lots:

• for CFD transactions on stocks, cryptocurrencies, stock indices and oil, the coefficient is 0.01;
• for Cent accounts, the required trading volume is 100 times larger;
• when pricing the bonus, only trading on the client's own funds is taken into account;
• volumes of transactions closed on trading instruments, the value of one point of which differs from the value of one EURUSD point, are recalculated based on the value of one EURUSD point. For example, the cost of one EURUSD point is $1 per lot. The cost of one EURCAD point is $1,041 per lot. So, the EURCAD volume will be recalculated by multiplying by 1.041. This means that one EURCAD lot will be equal to 1.041 standard EURUSD lots. When calculating the real volume of cryptocurrency, the following formula is used: volume × contract size / 100,000

When calculating the total volume of closed positions, the following are not taken into account:

• deleted and canceled pending orders;
• trades contradicting item 5.10.2 of the "Client Agreement";
• hedge positions;
• transactions closed with less than 30 points of profit/loss;
• trades conducted in the account before addition of bonus funds;
• trades which are taken into consideration for working out another bonus to balance;
• transactions closed with less than 15 seconds duration.

The Organizer guarantees that only Geratsu clients are allowed to participate in the Promotion. Employees of the company and other affiliates will not apply for a prize.

Participation of “Interrelated parties’’ in the bonus is prohibited. The Company may terminate the bonus immediately without giving notice and the Company has the right to reverse and/or cancel all previous transactions on a client’s account, if the Company reasonably suspects that the client logs-in to his/her trading account(s) and/or trades under the same device and/or under the same IP address as other client(s) who performed or performs abusive trading and/or is suspected that the client trades in cooperation with another client(s) and where the client and other client(s) use the same or similar trading patterns. This also includes usage of Virtual Private Networks (VPN)/ Virtual Private Server (VPS). For the purposes hereof, the term “Interrelated parties”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the promotion, including without limitation:

1. Family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants.
2. Person or entity, whom any participant in the promotion, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls or whom directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by or is under common control with any participant in the promotion.
3. Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with Geratsu are not allowed to participate in the offer.

The Organizer has the right to disqualify a participant or a winner without explanation. The reasons for disqualification can be as follows:

• the winner refuses to verify their profile or provide copies of documents or any other identification data;
• violation or non-observance of these rules;
• failure to comply with the terms of the Client Agreement;
• any indication or suspicion of fraud, manipulation (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), cash-back arbitrage, abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the credit trading bonus, without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk);
• the presence of locked trades;
• the rules of publication (p.7) have not been fully followed.

* Any situation which is not mentioned in the company’s regulatory documents shall be sorted out by means of negotiations between the parties. A final decision shall be made by the Organizer of the contest — Geratsu — and shall not be subject to any revisions.

A client fully accepts these conditions by participating in the Promotion. The up-to-date terms and conditions can be found on the Promotion page of the company's official site.

These Terms and Conditions are made in English language. Geratsu can provide the Terms and Conditions in any language other than English. Any other language translation is provided for informational purposes only and is not legally binding. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between original English texts and their translation into any other language, as the case may be, original versions of English shall prevail.

Geratsu has the right to amend the Promotion terms at any time without notice.

A participant fully accepts these conditions and rules by participating in the promotion. The up-to-date terms and conditions can be found on the promotion page of the company's official site.

From the moment the prize amount is credited, it can be used within 3 months. During this period, it can be used for trading or withdrawn from the account if conditions for withdrawal are met. The prize will be canceled after the expiration of the above period.

Contest prize fund is $78000. 17 winners will get prizes from $1000 to $50.000 (according to the table in p. 7.1). All winners are chosen according to the rating table of each category. Winning accounts will be published on the contest page from May 22, 2024 to May 24, 2024.

To claim the prize, the winner should write an email to [email protected] and provide the requested additional information, including account number, identity confirmation, and other.

Organizers cannot know in advance which accounts will become the winners and have no right to interfere in the final results.
