The promotion runs from 20.01.2023, 00:00:01, to 16.02.2023 00:00:00 according to the trading server time of Geratsu.

The organizer and sponsor of the promotion is Geratsu LLC.

A prize is raffled among Geratsu’s clients who made a deposit of $15 or more during the promotion period.

Participation in the contest is available on the following types of accounts: MT4-CENT, MT4-CENT(PRO), MT4-ECN, MT4-CLASSIC.

A unique Lucky Ticket number will be assigned to each registration deposit of $15 or more automatically. One lucky ticket equals one winning chance.

Every participant may get an unlimited number of tickets and thus increase his/her winning chances. Example: If a client has made a total deposit of $150 within a promotion period, he/she will get 10 Lucky Tickets which will participate in the raffle. So, this client is 10 times more likely to win a prize than a participant with a $15 deposit.

Each client will have to trade at least 1 lot to activate a ticket.

If a participant whose unique number coincides with a generated winning number cannot claim the prize under these conditions, the next or the previous participant will be recognized as the winner. The winner will be a participant with a bigger trading volume traded during the promotion period after making a registration deposit.

A lucky ticket number assigned to each registration deposit can claim a prize only if the trading volume of positions closed after the registration deposit is made into the account is at least 1 trading lot. When calculating the total volume of closed positions, please note that:

• a coefficient of 0.01 is applied to CFDs on stocks, cryptocurrencies, and stock indices; a coefficient of 0.1 is applied to oil (exception: when calculating the real trading volume in BTCUSD, the following formula is used: volume × 100,000 / price_btcusd);
• deleted and canceled pending orders are not taken into account;
• locked positions are not taken into account;
• positions with profit (loss) less than 30 points are not taken into account.
• trades made before a registration deposit is made into the account are not considered;
• only the volume traded using the client’s own funds (minus credit funds) is taken into account.

To participate in the draw, the client must trade at least 1 lot in the account into which a deposit is made after each deposit. So, to get 4 winning chances with the deposit of $60,, the total trading volume must be 4 lots.

The number of lucky tickets for each client depends on the amount of trading volume. If the client deposits $15 and makes 1 lot of trading volume, then he receives 1 lucky ticket. If the client deposits $200 and makes 1 lot of trading volume, then he receives 1 lucky ticket as well. When the client deposits $200 and makes 3 lots of trading volume, then he receives 3 lucky tickets.

In case a winner of the current contest has already received a prize for the previous Lucky Lottery, the next participant will be recognized as the winner.

Those participants, who withdraw a registration deposit partially or in full before a raffle has started, cannot win a prize under the Geratsu Lunar New Year Draw promotion. Profits can be withdrawn without any restrictions.

The accounts which do not show a minimal trading activity during the promotion period are not eligible for prizes.

The Organizer has the right to deny a prize to a participant with no reason given if there is a suspicion of rules violation or if a winner has refused to verify his/her profile and provide additional information regarding his/her identity.

The organisers guarantee that only Geratsu clients are allowed to participate in the contest. Employees of the company and other affiliates will not participate in the Lunar New Year Draw Geratsu contest.

Only clients with a fully verified profile can take part in "Lunar New Year Draw" Contest.

The Organizer has the right to disqualify a participant or a winner without explanation. The reasons for disqualification can be as follows:

• the winner refuses to verify their profile or provide copies of documents or any other identification data;
• violation or non-observance of these rules;
• failure to comply with the terms of the Client Agreement;
• registration of several client profiles belonging to the same physical person;
• opening of large opposite positions in the same trading assets on different accounts and at the same time approximately;
• use of quotes flow failures to make guaranteed profits;
• the presence of transactions, including locked trades, that last less than 2 minutes;
• ascertainment or suspicion that a Participant has committed any kind of fraudulent action to become a winner.

*Any situation which is not mentioned in the company’s regulatory documents shall be sorted out by means of negotiations between the parties. A final decision shall be made by the organizer of the contest — Geratsu — and shall not be subject to any revisions.

A participant fully accepts these conditions and rules by participating in the promotion. The up-to-date terms and conditions can be found on the promotion page of the company's official site.

Geratsu has the right to amend the promotion terms at any time without notice.

The prize amount may not be credited to the trading account whose leverage is greater than 1:1000.

From the moment the prize amount is credited, it can be used within 3 months. During this period, it can be used for trading or withdrawn from the account if conditions for withdrawal are met. The bonus will be canceled after the expiration of the above period.

Contest prize fund is $1500. 3 winners will get equal prizes of $500. All winners are chosen randomly by our platform. Winning accounts are published on the contest page on October 28 at 00:00:01 (GMT+2).

Organisers cannot know in advance which accounts will be selected by the winners and have no right to interfere in the choice of random system.

Each participant has a right to get an additional Lucky ticket if they confirm registration in the Geratsu Copy Trading system.
